Order Cancellation

At Loonwara, we understand that sometimes plans change and we are here to help. You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy. Order cancellations are not applicable to Furniture, Desert platters and Lamp shades.

Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange within 48 hrs of receipt. Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@loonawara.com with your order details. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited toward the exchange. Exchangs are not applicable to Furniture, Desert platters and Lamp shades.

Return Policy

We celebrate the beauty of handcrafted imperfection subtle irregularities and textural nuances are the mark of human touch and part of what makes each piece unique. While refunds are not offered, we do accept returns under the following conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. Only products that are defective or incorrect are eligible for a return and exchange. Customised and discounted items are only eligible for exchange in the case of damage or defect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received was incorrect or damaged. Once the return is received and passes our quality check, we will process the exchange or issue store credit where applicable. Returns are not applicable to Furniture, Desert platters and Lamp shades.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

At Loonwara, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re committed to resolving it swiftly.

You are eligible for a refund or exchange in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon arrival
• The package is incomplete
• An empty box was received
• You received the wrong item

To process a refund or exchange for these issues:

• You must provide a video recording of the package being opened, clearly showing the AWB number and Loonwara branding on the shipping label.
• This video must be unedited and taken at the time of unboxing.
• Without valid proof, Loonwara reserves the right to decline the refund or exchange request.
• We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of quality and customer care.

Domestic Shipping & Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹5000, applicable to both pre-paid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically shipped within 10-14 business days, depending on product availability. Bulk orders of 30 pieces or more require up to 20-25 days to accommodate our thoughtful, hands-on craftsmanship.
