Shipping Policy

At Loonawara, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted products with the utmost care. Each item is carefully packed and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We currently ship across India.

Shipping Timeline

All domestic orders are dispatched within 10–14 business days. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us at info@loonawara.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners registered with Shiprocket.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email. You may track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Concerns

If your order status shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please notify us within 72 hours so we can investigate.

GST

All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable Indian GST.

Non-Availability at Delivery

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery three times. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If you are unavailable during the delivery window, let us know so we can delay the dispatch accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Loonwara purchase. However, if you're not satisfied, we’re here to help. Returns and refunds are not applicable for Furniture pieces, Lamp Shades and Desert Platters.

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@loonawara.com to initiate your return. Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange for a reverse pickup within 3–4 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details must be provided). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse.

Exclusions:

Products showing signs of use or wear are not eligible for return. Minor variations in color due to display settings or lighting are not considered defects.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing us at info@loonawara.com . A full refund will be issued. If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery. In such cases, the product value will be refunded, but the shipping fee will not be. Cancellations are not applicable for Furniture pieces, Lamp Shades and Desert Platters.
