Light shedding is natural in a new hand-tufted wool rug and will gradually reduce with regular, gentle vacuuming. Do not pull loose fibres; carefully trim them with scissors.

Blot Spills Immediately
Blot spills gently with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. Work from the outer edge towards the centre and never rub, as this may spread the stain or disturb the pile.

No Harsh Cleaners
Avoid bleach, detergents, chemical cleaners, and household stain removers, as they may damage the wool or alter its colour.
